Find your flavor.
Mild Mix and Spicy Mix are included. For your third pack, choose pea or sunflower shoots.
- Mild Mix
- Broccoli, cabbage, and kale. Mellow, fresh, and lightly earthy. An easy addition to eggs, sandwiches, or salads.
- Spicy Mix
- Arugula, mustard, and radish. A peppery bite with a mustard kick. Try it on tacos, burgers, or grain bowls.
- Pea shoots
- Sweet, fresh pea flavor with tender stems. Good in salads or added after a stir-fry comes off the heat.
- Sunflower shoots
- Mild and nutty with a firmer crunch. Try them in wraps or eat them by the handful.

Locally grown and harvested close to delivery. Fresh flavor, with no pesticides or herbicides applied during growing.

- Support everyday immunity
- Get naturally occurring beta-carotene from greens like arugula. Your body converts it into vitamin A for normal immune function and healthy vision.
- Plant compounds with protective potential
- Broccoli brings the building blocks for sulforaphane, a compound studied for its anti-cancer effects in cells and animals. Purple cabbage adds anthocyanins, plant pigments with antioxidant activity.
- More plant variety for your gut
- Give your gut a little more green. Add fresh flavor, plant fiber, and variety to the meals you already love.

How much is in the bundle?
Three containers: 3 oz Mild Mix, 3 oz Spicy Mix, and 4 oz of your chosen shoots. At about ¼–½ oz as a light topping, that’s roughly 20–40 uses across the bundle. Use more for a fuller serving.
What makes microgreens nutritious?
They bring vitamins and beneficial plant compounds to your plate, including carotenoids in arugula and the red-purple pigments called anthocyanins in red cabbage. Explore the crop research.
Are they more nutritious than mature vegetables?
A University of Maryland and USDA study of 25 varieties found up to 40 times the concentration of certain vitamins and carotenoids compared with the same fresh weight of mature vegetables. Levels vary by crop and growing conditions; our greens have not been lab-tested. Read the study summary.
What does the cancer research show?
Sulforaphane and related compounds in cruciferous vegetables have shown anti-cancer effects in cell and animal studies. Results in people are mixed; eating microgreens has not been proven to prevent or treat cancer. Read the National Cancer Institute’s overview.
Can I just try it once?
Yes. Choose “Just this time” at checkout. Weekly and every-other-week options are there if you want them.
