1. About this website

You can browse greens and build a saved cart. When ordering is available, checkout offers one-time orders and weekly or every-other-week subscriptions. It shows the items, total and first available delivery or pickup date before payment. Saved carts, checkout details and launch-list signups do not place an order or reserve products. An order is confirmed after payment is verified. The first available date accounts for our fulfillment schedule and the growing and preparation time needed for your greens.

2. Using the site

You may use this website for lawful personal or business information purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, send spam, or use the form to submit another person’s information without permission.

3. The launch list

Joining the launch list is voluntary and free. Submit an email address you control. A confirmed signup expresses your interest in receiving launch-related emails; it does not place an order, reserve products, guarantee availability, or create a purchase obligation.

You may stop launch emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages, replying with “unsubscribe,” or using Contact Us. If the form reports an error, your signup has not been confirmed.

4. Website content and ownership

The Sonoran Microgreens name, logo, original text, artwork, and website design belong to Sonoran Microgreens or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and share links to it. These terms do not grant permission to reuse branding or original content commercially without authorization. Rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.

5. Information and external services

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but do not guarantee that every description is complete, accurate, or up to date. General food descriptions are informational and are not individualized medical or dietary advice.

External links and services, including those used to process launch-list submissions, may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party websites.

6. Availability and responsibility

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sonoran Microgreens disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sonoran Microgreens is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to access, this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Privacy and advertising choices

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information from your use of the website, including accounts, orders, cookies and analytics.

We use Meta Pixel to measure public website visits, cart and checkout activity, and confirmed purchases, and to help personalize advertising. Our advertising tracking disclosure describes the information shared with Meta and your choices.

Advertising tracking is on by default on public pages, unless you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. You can turn it off through “Privacy choices” at the bottom of a public page without affecting your ability to shop, pay, sign in or manage a subscription. Previously saved opt-outs remain in effect.

8. Updates

We may update the website and these terms as the business develops. The date above identifies the latest revision. The ordering sections below apply when checkout is available.

9. Payments and subscriptions

One-time orders and the first subscription delivery are charged at checkout. Each later subscription delivery is charged at its planting cutoff, after an email reminder stating the date, deadline and expected amount. We send that reminder at least 48 hours before the cutoff. Your first paid delivery is not charged again.

Subscription product prices match one-time prices. Subscriptions reserve your regular greens in upcoming harvests and offer the lower free-delivery threshold below. The weekly or every-other-week schedule continues until cancelled or paused. If the required reminder or payment cannot be confirmed, we hold the affected delivery and work with you on a suitable next step.

10. Skips, cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a one-time order, skip a subscription delivery, or cancel future uncommitted subscription deliveries before the affected order’s planting cutoff and before it is committed to preparation. The exact deadline appears with your orders in Arizona time. Sign in to verify your email before making changes. Deliveries already committed to growing remain scheduled.

If you cancel an eligible paid one-time order or skip your prepaid first subscription delivery before its cutoff, we automatically refund the remaining paid amount, including any delivery fee, to the original payment method. The next delivery you keep is charged at its own cutoff. Your bank determines when a refund appears on your statement.

After four consecutive skips, we pause the subscription. Contact us to arrange a restart. For requests after a cutoff or other order issues, use Contact Us so we can discuss what is possible.

11. Delivery and pickup

Delivery for homes and businesses, and approved farm pickup, are on Thursdays. Exact timing is flexible and confirmed by email. In hot weather, deliveries are usually early morning or evening. Farm pickup is free and available only by prior arrangement using an email approved for pickup. For approved pickup, touch base with Ross to arrange your pickup time.

Delivery is free with a product subtotal of at least $20 for subscriptions or $25 for one-time orders. Otherwise, delivery is $5. Eligibility uses estimated driving time without live traffic: standard delivery is within 20 minutes of our growing location, with Fountain Hills initially excluded. Delivery-interest or address-review requests do not place an order or guarantee a route.

Please provide accurate access instructions and make sure we can reach the agreed drop-off spot. We recommend leaving a chilled cooler out to keep delivered greens fresh. Unattended drop-off arrangements should be agreed in advance.

If a customer-caused issue, such as missing gate access, prevents an agreed delivery, another trip may require a $20 redelivery fee, agreed with you before that trip. Pickup, when approved, is free. No redelivery fee applies when the mistake is ours.

12. Growing and fulfillment changes

If growing or supply issues prevent us from fulfilling an order as agreed, we will contact you to arrange a revised date, an approved substitute, or a refund for the portion we cannot supply. We do not silently change paid fulfillment dates or substitute mix ingredients. For delivery, pickup or product concerns, use Contact Us. Restaurant bulk and custom arrangements require separately agreed terms.

Checkout progress

We save checkout details as you complete them after entering a valid email, including unfinished checkouts, as described in our Privacy Policy. This does not place an order, reserve inventory, authorize payment, or sign you up for marketing. An order is confirmed only after payment is verified.
